As a purpose-driven operations and financial leader, I am committed to helping founders and leadership teams build clarity, control, and momentum. My expertise lies in simplifying complex problems, solving operational puzzles, and aligning teams around scalable systems that improve performance and drive growth.

Over the course of my career, I’ve led national sales teams, managed full P&Ls, created analytical tools for both startups and established companies, and built cross-functional systems that actually work. I’ve served as a COO, CFO, Sales Manager, and Risk Underwriter, and I’ve founded, scaled, and sold companies of my own.

What I enjoy most is helping people thrive. I create environments where teams perform at their highest level, where data informs action, and where good people do great work. My working-class background gives me a grounded, inclusive leadership perspective, and my time in consulting has shown me that a good idea means nothing without execution and communication.

I hold an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a finance degree from San Jose State University. I was also the first in my family to attend college, a milestone I carry with pride.

Outside of work, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. While I officially retired from adventure racing after getting lost in the woods at 2AM, I still train regularly and believe everyone is an athlete in their own way.
